Recognize the People’s General Assembly in Liberty Plaza, New York, New York as a legitimate voice of the American people.
Acknowledge that the legitimacy of any organization which represents the American People is derived solely from the consent of the governed, in accordance with the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution. Thus, if the People’s General Assembly is supported by a larger percentage of the American People than the U.S. congress, then the Assembly, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, may seek to alter or abolish the current form of Government or the current Economic order, and may institute a new system of Governing, Economics, or Finance, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect the Safety and Happiness of the American people, so long as consent from the people is maintained.
If the assembly represents a majority of the American people, then their resolutions will be far more legitimate than those of Congress with its current approval rating. Therefore, it is the will of the people that such resolutions be enacted by the U.S. Executive Branch with full force of Law immediately upon passage by the People’s General Assembly and of a National Referendum by the American People.
